I just finished a website chronicling my journey towards learning to manage my fibromyalgia through natural means, as well as coming to peace with the disease. Like you, I suffered with fibromyalgia for many years. It is easy to give up hope, but with diet and lifestyle changes, it can be managed if not healed.

My new website can be found at www.fibrodove.com.

Hi Carol, I don't know for sure - you could look into raw foods like raw nuts. You can eat more when they are raw because the composition is different. Maybe look for a beginners raw diet book. You can also look into living fuel. http://livingfuel.com/ good luck
