This one piece of information will help you reverse fibromyalgia, feel better, get more sleep, and eliminate fear from your life (seriously – I have released a fear of flying  just by practicing my relaxation on flights) (and I’m not afraid of heights anymore).

Honestly, the best thing you could ever do for yourself is learn to relax at will.  If you have fibromyalgia, I highly recommend my book as an easy, beginners introduction into learning to relax at will.   Every exercise and stretch I recommend will build your relaxing muscle until it’s highly developed, and then you will be free.
