Low Carbohydrate Diet Books and Help for Health
These are my favorite low carbohydrate diet and information books to help anyone who is looking to get healthier or lose weight via a low or moderate carbohydrate diet. In my own experience, too many carbs can cause a big problem.
I had fibromyalgia, candida, palpitations, and irritable bowel syndrome, all of which I have reversed over the course of about 5 years. Irritable bowel was the first to go with just minor changes in my diet – only a bit more greens and a bit less carbs. Candida and palpitations went second with probiotics and bigger changes. Fibromyalgia was not caused, I believe, by carbohydrate intolerance, but I think the two syndromes perpetuated each other – meaning the worse I would feel the more I would eat and the more I would eat the worse I would feel as both syndromes got worse and worse.
Now that I have none of these syndromes anymore I can and do eat a bit more carbohydrates without any issues. So here’s the books:
The one title What your Doctor May Not Tell You about Fibromyalgia is actually about the guaifenesin protocol for fibromyalgia, but it has excellent information about why some people with fibromyalgia are also suffering from carbohydrate intolerance issues and therefore won’t be helped by guaifenesin until they moderate their carb intake.
Have you seen my book yet? I reversed Fibromyalgia in my own body. I think anyone can do it, no matter how long they've had Fibro or how severe their pain, fatigue, fibrofog, or tiredness. Click here to Start Your Journey Back to Wellness!
