I have excruciating pain from Fibromyalgia since 1990. Recently, I do not have the pain. I have osteoathritis also. I don't know why I am feeling better, but thank God I don't have that pain again. It may come back which I hope it will not!!!!!

hi my name is Carol. I have been on the guai protocol for almost a year. It has been a hard struggle back. After having my little girl almost 2 years ago. FM hit me hard. I was in so much pain and not sleepingm my feet were killing me. I have made such a remarkable change in the last year. the problem I am having is the food. I seem so senative to everything. I am basically eating just protien and salads, eggs nothing fun. I seem to have aproblem with cheese also. What i want to know is are you able to eat more now that it has been 5 years for you. I am going to go back to work as a flight attendant and the food scares me. I will have to bring lots of my food with me. Seem to be senative to Splenda also. Any words of wisdom?

Thank you Cinda, I appreciate your comment very much.

Personally, I love, love, love the Internet and the fact that I can say whatever I want and there is a chance that something I say could help someone, or several someones.

I love the fact that I can create a business out of doing something I enjoy so much.

Dear Lisa, It's so great that you feel well and continue to encourage others. Either most people never get to that point -or- once they're well, they never look back. I think the latter is because during the time period when they were so sick, their life was so horrible. They feel that life left them by the side of the road and they're always struggling to catch up to the time they missed!

But as you know, those feelings can be a big trap... that never feeling satisfied. I commend you in your effort to always take stock of where you are and striving to achieve better health without sacrificing what you currently have. This stuff is plain ole' hard!

My best, Cinda Crawford
